Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the permitted and prohibited uses of the OneLink Pay platform operated by NexviaOneLink LLC ("NexviaOneLink," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users of the platform.
The purpose of this AUP is to ensure that our platform is used exclusively for legitimate business-to-business commercial transactions and to protect the integrity of our Services, our infrastructure partners, and the broader financial ecosystem.
All customers are expected to review and comply with this policy. By using our Services, you agree to abide by the terms set forth herein. Violations of this AUP may result in immediate enforcement action, including suspension or termination of your account.
2. Permitted Use
The OneLink Pay platform is designed exclusively for business-to-business documented commercial transactions. Permitted uses include receiving payments for goods or services rendered pursuant to legitimate invoices, contracts, or purchase orders between verified business entities.
Customers may use the platform to collect payments from approved business payers, convert fiat to stablecoins for treasury management, make supplier and contractor payouts to approved beneficiaries, withdraw funds to their own verified wallets, and conduct fiat off-ramp transactions to their own verified bank accounts.
All transactions must have a clear, documented business purpose and be supported by appropriate documentation such as invoices, contracts, proof of delivery, or other commercial records. Payers and beneficiaries must be disclosed, verified, and approved through our compliance review process.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the OneLink Pay platform. This list is detailed but not exhaustive; we reserve the right to determine whether any activity violates the spirit or intent of this policy.
3.1 Consumer Remittance Without Approval
Using the platform to send or receive payments on behalf of individual consumers, or to facilitate consumer-to-consumer or consumer-to-business money transfers, unless explicitly authorized in writing by NexviaOneLink. Our platform is designed for B2B use only, and consumer remittance requires separate regulatory approvals and licensing.
3.2 Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Transfers
Conducting person-to-person money transfers or using the platform as a personal payment service. All transactions must be between verified business entities with a documented commercial relationship. Using the platform to transfer funds between individuals or for personal purposes is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Gambling and Gaming
Processing payments related to online gambling, casinos, sports betting, fantasy sports, lotteries, sweepstakes, or any other form of wagering or gaming activity. This prohibition applies regardless of whether such activity is legal in the customer's jurisdiction.
3.4 Illegal Goods and Services
Processing payments for the sale, distribution, or manufacture of illegal goods or services, including but not limited to counterfeit products, stolen goods, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, and any items prohibited by applicable law. This includes facilitating transactions on darknet marketplaces or other platforms that enable illegal commerce.
3.5 Sanctioned Jurisdictions and Parties
Conducting transactions involving individuals, entities, or jurisdictions subject to sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, the United Nations, or other applicable sanctions authorities. Customers must not use the platform to process payments to or from sanctioned countries, regions, or blocked persons.
3.6 High-Risk Crypto Activity
Engaging in speculative cryptocurrency trading, operating as an unlicensed cryptocurrency exchange, or using the platform to facilitate high-volume crypto-to-crypto trading. The stablecoin features of OneLink Pay are designed for treasury management and payment settlement, not for speculative trading or market-making activities.
3.7 Mixers, Tumblers, and Obfuscation Tools
Using cryptocurrency mixers, tumblers, privacy coins, or any other tools or techniques designed to obscure the origin, destination, or ownership of funds. Transactions must maintain a clear and auditable trail from source to destination. Any attempt to anonymize or obfuscate transaction flows is prohibited.
3.8 Unlicensed Exchange Activity
Operating as an unlicensed money services business, money transmitter, currency exchange, or virtual asset service provider using the OneLink Pay platform. Customers may not use the platform to provide exchange services to third parties or to facilitate transactions on behalf of unregistered entities.
3.9 Investment or Yield Products
Using the platform to offer, manage, or facilitate investment products, securities, yield-generating schemes, lending programs, or interest-bearing accounts. OneLink Pay is a payment and treasury management platform and may not be used as a vehicle for investment activity or to offer returns to depositors or investors.
3.10 Adult Content
Processing payments related to adult entertainment, pornography, escort services, or sexually explicit materials and services. This prohibition applies to both the production and distribution of such content.
3.11 Weapons and Ammunition
Processing payments for the sale, manufacture, or distribution of firearms, explosives, ammunition, military-grade equipment, or other weapons. This includes both regulated and unregulated weapons transactions across all jurisdictions.
3.12 Drugs and Controlled Substances
Processing payments related to the sale, distribution, or manufacture of illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or unapproved pharmaceutical products. This includes cannabis-related businesses in jurisdictions where cannabis remains federally illegal.
3.13 Fraudulent Invoices
Submitting, creating, or facilitating fraudulent, fabricated, or inflated invoices. All invoices submitted through the platform must accurately reflect bona fide commercial transactions for goods or services actually provided. Invoice fraud is a serious violation that will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
3.14 Shell Company Transactions
Using shell companies, nominee entities, or other corporate structures designed to conceal the true ownership, nature, or purpose of transactions. All entities transacting through the platform must have a genuine business purpose, identifiable beneficial owners, and transparent operations.
3.15 Payments Without Business Purpose
Processing payments that lack a clear, documented business purpose. All transactions on the platform must be supported by legitimate commercial documentation demonstrating that the payment is related to the provision of goods or services between business entities. Payments that appear to have no commercial substance will be flagged for review and may be rejected.
4. Enforcement
We actively monitor transactions and account activity for compliance with this AUP. When we identify a potential violation, we may take one or more of the following enforcement actions, depending on the severity and nature of the violation:
