One platform for B2B collections, stablecoin treasury, and controlled payouts
OneLink Pay provides the workflow, ledger, compliance controls, and user interface for business customers to collect, convert, hold, and send funds through approved infrastructure partners.
Product Modules
Seven core modules that form the complete OneLink Pay platform
Business Onboarding
All customers go through a KYB verification workflow before accessing the platform. This includes entity verification, UBO identification, business activity review, jurisdictional screening, and compliance approval. No accounts are opened without completed onboarding.
Virtual Account Collection
Each approved business receives dedicated payment instructions (virtual accounts) for collecting funds. Payment instructions are unique per customer and per currency, allowing clear attribution of incoming funds to the correct business and collection request.
Collection Request
Businesses create invoice-backed collection requests specifying the payer, amount, currency, and supporting documentation such as invoices, contracts, or purchase orders. Each request must be tied to a documented commercial transaction.
Pending Balance
When funds arrive, they are placed in a pending state. Funds are not immediately available. Release depends on transaction matching against the collection request, document verification, risk screening, sanctions checks, and partner-level approval.
Stablecoin Conversion
Once funds are approved and available, businesses can convert fiat balances into supported stablecoins through integrated partner infrastructure. Conversion rates, supported pairs, and settlement times depend on the partner and corridor.
Business Payouts
Available balances can be used to pay approved suppliers and contractors, withdraw to the business's own verified wallet address, or settle to approved bank accounts via fiat offramp. All payouts go through beneficiary whitelisting and compliance checks.
Card Spend
Where supported by partner programs, businesses can use approved balances for commercial card spend. Card programs are subject to partner availability, jurisdictional limits, and compliance requirements.
Ledger Status Flow
How funds move through states in the OneLink Pay ledger
OneLink Pay separates received funds from available funds. A deposit event does not automatically make funds usable. Availability depends on transaction matching, document review, risk screening, and partner approval.
